STAR1000 is a high-end client entry-level enterprise NVMe SSD controller featured with maximum flexibility and high performance with minimal power consumption . It supports PCIe Gen3x4 NVMe 1.2 and all on-shelf NAND flash (MLC 3D TLC) with StarLDPC® ECC engine. On-chip multi-core CPUs in SMP architecture eases the firmware development. It supports up to 8TB capacity. In addition, real time data encryption can be achieved by XTS-AES256. It supports TRNG, SHA256 and RSA as well.
